Oughton Art Gallery Open Evening
Thank you to all family and friends who attended our art gallery, the culmination of two weeks of 'Celebrating the Arts'. It was lovely to see so many families enjoying the huge variety of work on display from our Nursery children through to our Year Six children.

The Platinum Jubilee
The whole school celebrated the Queen's Platinum Jubilee with a picnic all together on the KS2 playground. All the children made their own own crowns to wear and wore red, white and blue in honour of the union jack flag.
Sports Day 2022
EYFS (Nursery and Reception class) really enjoyed Sports Day on Wednesday 22nd June.The sun shone, and everyone had a well deserved ice pop afterwards. Well done to all the children who took part.
All the children from Years 1 to 6 took part in the Sports Afternoon on Thursday 23rd June. The children participated in different activities such as welly throwing and Crossing the Lava, trying to win as many points as possible for their house team whilst being supported by friends and families who had come to support too. Congratulations to Sapphire for winning the trophy this year.
fITZWILLIAM mUSEUM tRIP
As part of their History learning on Ancient Egyptians, Year 4 went to The Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge on June 30th 2022. The class had a great day looking at the Ancient Egyptian artifacts as well as having time to explore the rest of the museum too.
